If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jiliv account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiliv reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliv Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliv will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify jiliv immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiliv shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
jiliv is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
jiliv accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
Prohibited Payment Methods: In compliance with Philippine regulations, jiliv does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, as credit card gambling deposits are prohibited in the Philippines. jiliv also does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a payment method.

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. jiliv reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. jiliv reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
jiliv reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or requested account closure.
All games available on the jiliv Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
All jiliv games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. jiliv does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiliv will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. jiliv's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jiliv Platform without prior written consent from jiliv.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliv, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jiliv Platform.
jiliv's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
jiliv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliv makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliv's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jiliv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jiliv reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable regulations.
You may close your jiliv account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jiliv, you agree to first contact jiliv's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
For gaming-related disputes, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. jiliv cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
jiliv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliv will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jiliv Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
