6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.

If jiliv becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposits made, in accordance with applicable regulations.
