Deposits & Withdrawals

jiliv does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, Maya) may apply their own transaction fees for transfers. Please check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. jiliv recommends using GCash or Maya for the fastest and most cost-effective transactions.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: your KYC verification may be incomplete or pending review; your account may have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements; or your withdrawal may have been flagged for a routine security review.
